In keeping with the principles and philosophy of putting "People First," Heritage Human Services (H.H.S), Inc is formed as a multicultural not-for-profit organization to conduct the charitable activities of providing services and advocacy for persons with developmental disabilities and their families, especially among the underserved minority population. It  serves as a provider of direct services in the State of New York primarily within the New York City area.

VISION – To ensure that individuals with disabilities enjoy meaningful relationships with family, friends and others; experience growth in health and in person; live in homes of their choice and participate fully within their chosen communities.

MISSION – To advocate and provide services with and for persons with DD and their families by honoring, respecting and & promoting each person’s abilities, talents, and cultural heritage through education and diversity programs and services.

PHILOSOPHY – Is to be sensitive to the life goals and aspirations of each person and to honor, respect & promote the dignity, abilities and the contributions of all persons with Autism and I/DD in their communities.
